The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To process a return or refund, you must share a proper unboxing video showing the issue clearly. The video must capture the package being opened for the first time, without any cuts or edits.
2. Verification Process
Once we receive your unboxing video and supporting details, our team will verify the footage and confirm whether your return request is eligible.
If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
No proper unboxing video provided
Product damaged due to customer mishandling
Change of mind or dislike after delivery
Minor packaging wear or delays caused by courier companies
4. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. However, if your order qualifies for a return (as per the above criteria), you may place a new order once the refund has been credited.
5. Shipping Charges on Return
A ₹99 shipping charge will be deducted from the total refundable amount for any approved return.
